Gestão de Afastados – RadarPrev (Brazil, Cruzeiro do Sul University), one of the 20 ideas selected to receive guidance from Santander X Explorer, has launched its crowdfunding campaign.
The project involves the development of a platform focused on the strategic management of corporate sick leave, promoting integration between Human Resources, Occupational Health, Legal and business leadership. Linked to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030), particularly those related to health, well-being and decent work, the initiative aims to replace reactive models with a preventive, intelligent and data-driven approach. The proposal arose from observing the human, emotional and financial impacts caused by the poor management of employee leave in Brazilian companies.
“Being among the selected projects out of thousands of submitted initiatives represents more than just recognition for the project. It shows that the challenges faced daily by Brazilian companies can also generate innovative solutions with the potential for transformation and wide-reaching impact. Our aim is to build a tool that helps companies make more humane, strategic and sustainable decisions,” explains André Gasparini, founder of RadarPrev.

Fundraising has already begun for RadarPrev. The campaign aims to support the development of the platform’s MVP, as well as to bring together technology partners and pilot companies interested in participating in the development and validation of the solution in a real-world environment.
