Temotiva (Spain, University of Valencia), one of the 20 projects selected to receive guidance through Santander X Explorer, has launched its crowdfunding campaign.
What does this project, linked to the 2030 SDGs, all about? Temotiva is a preventive emotional wellbeing platform that helps people manage stress, mental load and emotional burnout before they reach their limit. Through an app featuring micro-practices, workshops and accessible psychoeducational content, the project offers brief, practical tools for everyday life, integrating into real-life moments such as before a difficult meeting, after a challenging conversation or at the end of the working day. Its aim is to make emotional care an everyday, accessible and practical part of life, in line with the promotion of health and well-being.

“We want emotional wellbeing support not to begin when everything falls apart, but much earlier, in everyday life. Temotiva was created to support people at that point where they are still functioning but feel overwhelmed, helping them to pause, understand themselves and take small steps towards self-care,” explains Gabriela Musterova, founder of the project and a doctoral researcher in psychology.
Fundraising has already begun for Temotiva; here you can see the status of their campaign and, if you’d like, find out how to support it!
