Wabaco launches its crowdfunding campaign to innovate customer service in bars and restaurants

(Brazil), one of the ideas selected to receive support from Santander X Explorer, has launched its** crowdfunding campaign.**
The project aims to modernise the way bars, restaurants, and events manage orders, connecting waiters and customers in real time through a simple and intuitive app.
Wabaco was born during an event at a bar table, sparked by the question: “How much is the bill?”. From this problem, the team developed a solution that allows customers to access their order at any time, preventing mistakes or complications when paying and offering greater control and transparency. In addition, the app aligns with the UN’s SDG 9 by bringing technological innovation to the market.
“We want the experience in bars and restaurants to be more transparent and efficient for everyone, reflecting the order placed at the establishment directly on the customer’s phone. The idea is to bring customers and businesses closer together, reducing costs and improving communication through technology,” explains Caio, founder of Wabaco.
The main goals of the campaign are: to attract collaborators willing to work with us, establish commercial partnerships to promote or integrate the app into businesses, increase brand visibility and reach, build a strong community of people who value Wabaco, and attract investment through voluntary donations.
