One third of the Spanish are unhappy with their job and more than half are open to a job change during the year. Dissatisfied employees cost companies €14,600 a year and only 16% of workers say they feel valued and motivated*. InCommon has set out to improve all this with an easily implementable platform.
This project, created by four students from the Universidad Pública de Navarra, Spain, has been recognised with awards from both the university and the Government of Navarra. It is one of the 20 ideas selected to receive support from Santander X Explorer in a crowdfunding campaign that is being launched now.
InCommon is a platform designed for teams, companies, associations, and any group that seeks to analyse, manage, and increase participation, productivity, and motivation. It does this through an innovative token-based incentive system, using a platform that transforms how communities interact and thrive in the digital and technological world.
The goal of InCommon is to improve workers’ daily lives by making them feel more satisfied, while also reducing company expenses by lowering absenteeism, staff turnover, and more. This project aligns with SDGs 8, 9, and 10. Through the platform and blockchain technology, InCommon aims to promote decent work and economic growth, innovation, and the reduction of inequalities.
The InCommon team states: “We focus on building an innovative platform that transforms the way human resources are managed today, generating a double impact: improving workers’ lives while reducing company costs.”
The InCommon crowdfunding campaign has already started; join it and help transform motivation and productivity within communities. Visit this website and become a catalyst for change today!
