The World Health Organization warns that** one in eight people lives with a mental health condition**, the leading cause of disability worldwide. In addition, one in five people does not meet the minimum levels of physical activity; five million deaths per year could be prevented if the global population were more active. There is also a concerning fact: although women live longer than men, they spend** 25% more of their lives in poor health.**

These figures reflect a silent wellbeing crisis that affects not only individuals but also our economies. The World Economic Forum and McKinsey estimate that closing the health gap for women could generate up to one trillion dollars in annual economic growth by 2040.

Against this backdrop, IntegralmenteBien emerged — a Peruvian** project born within the Santander X Explorer programme** — with the purpose of offering a digital space that supports (initially) female caregivers and professionals on their journey towards holistic wellbeing. Our platform integrates a self-assessment** test, personalised wellbeing paths, access to specialists, and a supportive community** in one place.

As our founder sums it up: “By taking care of our wellbeing, we not only improve our own lives but also the future of our families, communities, and economies.”

Through our crowdfunding campaign, we aim to launch the MVP of IntegralmenteBien, validate our solution with the first users, and build a strong community. Our goal is clear: to reconnect, balance and transform wellbeing — to change not only lives but entire societies.
